Cost calculations are based on your actual device utilization rates plus an embedded database from Lyra Research, Inc. with information on more than 7300 printers, copiers, and multifunction products and their associated supplies. You can get detailed cost reports about your print and copy environment right out of the box without entering any data. However, if you know what you pay for equipment, toner, and paper, you can easily override the default assumptions and obtain even more accurate output costs for your enterprise.

Pharos also offers a suite of services to guide customers on the best course of action to achieve an optimized output environment. Additionally, print control and limiting is available though Blueprint's Policy Print application.
